USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL
The property includes a private-use swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of the Tenant and their companions during the rental period.
The Tenant declares that they have been informed and expressly accept:
• That the swimming pool is not supervised by a lifeguard or any other form of surveillance.
• That the use of the swimming pool is entirely at their own risk.
• That they must adopt the necessary safety and supervision measures, especially in the presence of minors.
• That access to the swimming pool by persons not included in the rental agreement is strictly prohibited without the knowledge and consent of the Landlord.

LANDLORD’S DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Tenant expressly releases the Landlord from any civil, criminal, or administrative liability arising from the use of the swimming pool and its facilities, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, drownings, damages to third parties, or breaches of safety regulations.
Furthermore, the Tenant agrees to hold the Landlord harmless against any claims that may arise from such situations.

RULES OF CONDUCT
The Tenant agrees to comply with the neighborhood rules of conduct, including noise limitations, hygiene standards, respect for property, and applicable tourism regulations.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The property is equipped with an alarm and video surveillance system installed around the perimeter, located exclusively in common outdoor areas that provide access to the property (main entrance, outer perimeter of the building, and garage entrance).
No cameras record indoor private areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, or rest areas

The neighborhood

The Miramón neighborhood, located in the highest part of the city, between Aiete and the hospital district, was once a place full of farmhouses surrounded by nature.

Despite its proximity to a major medical center, it boasts both apartments and houses, giving it a quiet and peaceful residential feel. It is close to green areas and parks, allowing you to enjoy outdoor spaces and recreational activities.

We recommend immersing yourself in nature and enjoying one of the city’s most beautiful parks. Miramón Park is a small natural forest filled with flora and fauna, where you’ll find a stone amphitheater where you can sit like a spectator in a Roman circus. In the center of the park, there is a beautiful pond where you can relax.
In addition to the Onkologikoa, the neighborhood has other amenities such as local shops, bars, and restaurants, which contribute to its vibrancy.
