Extra cleaning service
Basque homes offers you extra personalized cleaning services so that your stay better suits your needs.
As long as it is requested at least one day in advance, two types of extraordinary cleaning can be requested:
- General cleaning and set-up of the beds, together with a change of towels.
- General cleaning with change of sheets and towels.
Note
Prices will vary depending on the size of the apartment and the number of beds and rooms. Check the price in our office upon arrival.
Concerted parking service
If you need one or more parking spaces during your stay, we can offer you special conditions in the best parking in the city. The Kursaal parking. A car park located on Zurriola beach. Unbeatable location to have the beach, the old part, the center or any area of Gros, within a step in less than 15 minutes on foot.
The car park has a large elevator with accessibility for the disabled and operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The parking operators will always be at your disposal for any questions that may arise.
The prices are always fixed. You can enter and exit as many times as you want without affecting the amount. For this reason, we think it is the best option, since it is the most economical and practical for you.
We have two options:
- The first option is for us to provide you with a number of tickets valid for 24 hours per ticket. You can ask us for the tickets according to your needs. The operation is simple. You enter the car in the parking lot, go to floor -3 and you can park where you find a free parking space to leave your vehicle. Subsequently, you would have to go to the parking operator’s window and exchange the tickets for a single entry and exit voucher for the days you have requested. Price x ticket and day = 19€
- The second option is that they would be assigned a fixed place number for the entire stay. We would give them a subscriber card and in times of high demand for parking, you would not have to wait in line for the parking lot to enter. We recommend that you reserve the private parking in advance.. Price x ticket and day = 25€
Note
Our clients have free parking for 30 minutes in the KURSAAL PARKING (under the Kursaal building) to collect the keys from 3pm to 8pm.

Breakfast pack
The breakfast pack consists of ordering a series of selected products depending on the pack. The packs cannot be changed, expanded or reduced, except for the change in the type of infusion or coffee and its accessories. There are plenty of types of breakfasts to choose from depending on your needs. All packs are designed for 2 people.
