WiFi

All of our apartments have free Wi-Fi with enough data speed to teleworking or watch streaming movies. In case the speed was not sufficient, a portable wifi would be made available to the client to solve it.

Linens and towels

All our apartments are equipped with duvets, pillows, sheets and towels. If you need to add any of these accessories, do not hesitate to ask us and we will provide them immediately.

Welcome kit and First-Aid Kit

All reservations will be welcomed with a personal hygiene kit (toothbrush, gel and shampoo), and also a kitchen kit (hand drying paper, manual dishwasher soap, automatic dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent and garbage bags).

All apartments have a first-aid kit with basic items to treat wounds, cuts or burns.

Cleaning

Cleaning after the tenant leaves is included in the price.

Important
On the day of departure, the apartment must be kept in normal cleaning conditions. If this is not the case, and the apartment is very dirty or the furniture has been moved, the amount equivalent to 40€ per extra hour of cleaning and tidying will be deducted from the amount deposited as a deposit.

Appliances and kitchen utensils

All our apartments are equipped with quality appliances, cutlery, coffee maker, dishes, etc. If you need any kitchen or appliance handle item that is not in the accommodation, let us know so that we can correct it as soon as possible.

We have the instruction manuals of all the electrical appliances available to our clients if they need it.

Our accommodations are self-catering, which implies that it is you who must take care of the use and maintenance of the accommodation during your stay.

Cot and high chair

All accommodations have a travel cot and a highchair for children. In case you need any other item (for example, a cart) for the baby, let us know so we can get one as soon as possible.
